Week 02

Reflection and Rating
I did not do so good I kind of slipped there at the end went to the comic book store when I really should have gone to the gym and it kind of threw me off I need to have a 3 Week streak to be successful and make this a habit so starting tomorrow I will be going back onto my schedule and pick up right were I left off I will never give up!!!
Rating: 2/10

Food
I did slip in the midst of it I have to learn to only do these things like going to the comic book store when I have time well I have learned that lesson.

Exercise
the first few days of last week I did in fact do good I did my entire exercise routine and tomorrow I am returning to my routine.

Maintaining Educational Performance
Today we have gotten our "Snapshots" or progress report in this new confusing grading system that is going to take a little adjusting but I was able to translate my grades into letter grades so in Biology I have an A in Algebra just because I failed one test my grade dropped to a D I am re taking that on Friday in Health class I have an A in Media production I have an A in Spanish Class I have an A and in Language Arts I have an A so I have done really good in the past 6 weeks my goal is to achieve straight A's my entire freshman year it seems impossible through my eyes but I have a trick if I make myself believe It's easy it becomes easy.

Advice
Work to no end don't think in terms of it seems like too much work I could be doing this instead, instead of thinking like that think in terms of this will have a greater outcome in the end, it's not too much work, this will be easy, It will be quick done great reward your results all depend on your opinion of the situation and your attitude towards it.

Goals
Have a successful 6 days and drink no soda for those 6 days don't give up raise the D because that is not allowed practice lots of chess so I can become good enough to join chess club next year.

*Keep in mind I was wearing a full set of clothes and the previous week wasn't my best and I over ate at the end.

What I learned
Slipping is something that will happen and I have to recognize that and hold the ability to pick myself back up no matter what

Starting week of my diet

Reflection and Rating
This is my first week of a fresh new start for my diet although I have already begun it this is a blog stating it precisely.
Rating: 10/10

Food
I am back onto the basics of my dietary standards for breakfast I had cereal Lunch a sandwich and just general healthy and nutritious meals only 3 of them I did not over eat

Exercise
I completed my general workout routine 20 Minutes of treadmill and 20 Minutes of stationary burned a sweat!

Maintaining Educational Performance
Today was no school however I have studied biology early got caught up on my Spanish verbs and filled the new agenda I have bought, also I got a new chess set and I have been playing chess with my family to strengthen the mind chess can really get you thinking

Advice
Think of a diet as an adventure you are making your own movie scene by scene what's going to be the next scene? How are you going to overcome the conflict make your own inspiration and never give up just follow yourself step by step all through the end for that you will be victorious.

New Goals
I find it important to create new goals so this weeks goals are to eat lots of fruit and to not get pizza during lunch and drink ALLOT of water.

You can always pick up where you left off it is never over as long as you keep trying you will succeed.

Introduction

My name is Ben I weighed in at a massive 339 Pounds I have been sick for the past week and my sinuses still act up so I am returning to the gym next Monday however 2 weeks ago I had lost a total of 17 pounds after a month and a half of working out showing that what I was doing was working now my workout posts will be put into sections

Section 02: I will explain my eating habits and water consumption
Section 03: I will be precise and review my exercise habit at the gym and tell how I did
Section 04: With all the fitness going on I will assure my education is not distracted by it and do an over view of each of my classes
Section 05: I will give advice to anyone who may be in a similar situation
Section 06: I will create new goals every week to pertain to in order to keep my diet interesting
Section 07: I will simply state my weight from the previous week along with a photo and I will state my weight of the current week along with a photo
Section 08: I will explain what I had learned and what I experienced in the previous week

6:00 AM--Wake up take shower and feed fish
6:30 AM--Breakfast
7:00 AM--School
3:00 PM--Homework
5:00 PM--Gym
6:00 PM--Dinner
7:30 PM--Read 3 chapters
9:00 PM--Get clothes Ready
9:30 PM--Journal Entry
10:00 PM--Sleep

Saturday and Sunday Additions
12:00 PM--Practice Tennis
3:00 PM--Weight Training

This schedule is what I ran on before I got sick and it what keeps me organized and stable for both an excellante Physical and Academic performance
